We offer the aromatic “Short Rib 1.1” which is inspired by short ribs as well as the delicious “Skirt 1.1” which has a softer texture. Both products are additive-free and can be enjoyed with a peace of mind.

< How to enjoy this product >

This is a vegetable-based meat product made using soy protein. We have developed a marinade that serves as the perfect yakiniku seasoning for this product. Please remove the product from the freezer and allow it to thaw for around 20 to 30 minutes before adding it to your frying pan and browning it until it is lightly seared. Although this product has been pre-seasoned, you can enjoy it with your favorite yakiniku dipping sauce to make it even more delicious.

※This product does not contain any animal-derived ingredients. No palm oil or white sugar processed using bovine-derived bone char is used.
