NEXT MEATS is planning to build a new factory “NEXT factory” in Nagaoka-shi, Nigata-ken which is specialized in manufacturing fake meat. They begin construction this October and will start to run in the summer of 2022. They’re creating new markets of fake meat and expanding. Their plan is to run the factory at full capacity making 3000 to 5000t of it and to become a company with sales reaching 10 billion yen which is tenfold of latest sales. (Daisuke Yamamoto)
